How do I install WhizXpress app in my Mobile?

Download the WhizXpress app for free from Google Play Store for Android Smartphones and Tablets and from App Store for iPhone and iPad etc. which automatically installs the app.

How can I sign up or create my WhizXpress Account

On starting the app it prompts user to select I am already WhizXpress user or new to WhizXpress. To Sign up click on New to WhizXpress and enter the mobile phone number and system verifies the number with SMS or callback and on successful verification account is activated. Now you can use the all features of the app.

How do I find my friends?

Goto settings and select ‘Find Friends’ option. Write the name, WhizXpress ID, mobile or email to find your friend. You will get the search result with all WhizXpress users and non WhizXpress users. The newly find WhizXpress user can be added to your contact list by selecting “Create New Contact”.

How do I invite my friends on WhizXpress?

If your friend is not a WhizXpress user, you can invite him/ her by selecting his/her contact and click “Invite to WhizXpress”. An invitation message is sent to your friend along with the link for downloading the app. Also, you can invite your friends by selecting "Share your Love" from menu options. Using this feature you can invite your frined through message, email, facebook or twitter. Once registered with WhizXpress you can use the app freely with your friend.

Is WhizXpress free?

WhizXpress is absolutely free and can easily be downloaded from Google Play Store for Android phones and tablets, App Store for iPhones and iPad.

What is the unique extension number and how do I use it?

Along with your account you get a unique extension number that can be used to get free incoming calls from non WhizXpress users across the globe. Just share the Global PBX numbers and your extension numbers with your friends, family or associates and you can receive free incoming from them anytime on your extension absolutely free.

What is ChatXpress?

ChatXpress is Instant Messaging tool to send free text, audio and video messages. Using ChatXpress, you can send unlimited free messages to your friends, family and colleagues. Connect and share photos, documents, audio and video clips anytime with them absolutely free.

How do I send the text messages?

Select the contact from your contact list. Press the quick link on the right side of the contact and select chat option. Compose your message and send.

How do I send attachments in the message?

Select the attachment icon while composing the message. Select the file including images and videos from gallery that you want to send and send to selected contact.

How do I view received audio, videos messages, photos and files?

You can see Quick View of all received attachment by selecting ‘View’ option in the message (Red colure Eye icon). You can also see all the received files including photos and videos later in separate saved folder in your phone gallery anytime you want.

How do I send Voice Messages?

While composing message select the attachment icon and choose the Voice Recoding Tool. Record the Message and send. The Audio file will be sent to the recipient.

How do I send location?

Select Attchement icon while composing message and choose Location icon. It takes you to the global map. Search the desired location and click the send icon to share the location to your friends.

How do I send Video Messages?

While composing message select the attachment icon and choose the Video Recoding Tool. Record the Message and send. The Video file will be sent to the recipient.

How do I Play the Video Messages?

Select Quick View option in the message (Red colure Eye icon). Press Play to see the video.

How do I Send Voice Mail Messages

All unattended calls are automatically sent to your Voice Mail. You can also record your Voice Mail Message on listening the “Record your Message” prompt and submit.

WhizXpress allows you to make direct call to your friends, family and associates in any country across the globe. This feature is very useful for frequent travellers with limited data access or data is expensive. Using this feature you can save a lot on international outbound calling charges. Make international call just by selecting desired number of any country from your WhizXpress contacts. Immediately a Call Back is triggered to your numbers and call is connected when answered.

How can I make International calls using Call through?

This feature is useful when you have no access to data.This offers most convenient way of long distance calling without using the data. WhizXpress provides you list of Global Access Numbers. You need to select appropriate Local Access Number as per your present country location. Once you configure CallThru Country and CallThru number, you can make direct calling just by selecting any number from your contact list. Your CallThru number will be prefixed to your desired destination number automatically.

How can I Call/ Chat from WhizXpress Mobile App to WhizXpress PC App?

You can download WhizXpress App on PC. Just login to PC app with user id and password. You can use it for calling and chatting from both mobile to PC and PC to mobile. You can also use all other features of the app freely.
